By accessing or using Trueworth, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Trueworth provides a digital contract workflow platform that allows users to create specifications, generate shareable sign-off links, lock contracts with cryptographic verification, and maintain scorecards. The service is offered in two portals: B2B (procurement) and B2C (custom projects).
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you enter into specs and contracts. You agree not to use the platform for illegal purposes or to misrepresent terms to counterparties. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Trueworth provides a timestamped, cryptographically verified record of spec agreements and signatures. The platform is a tool for creating and managing agreements, not a legal service. We recommend consulting legal counsel to determine the enforceability of agreements in your jurisdiction.
B2B subscriptions are billed at $99/seat/month. B2C artisan subscriptions are billed at $9.99/month. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
Trueworth is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for disputes arising from agreements created on the platform, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
